maps a location (latitude/longitude) to the nearest, most interesting venue.
Given a lat/long, I want to know what the most interesting venue nearby is.
So, instead of saying that you're near 1000 W 6th, it says you're near "Rounders" or "Infochimps HQ" -- sorted by some score that takes into a tasteful combination of interesting and proximity.

for a given lat/long, return to me the neighborhood
So..
For http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=37.776111,-122.412896&spn=0.009769,0.016801&z=16
We'd return: "South of Market" or "SOMA"
